What I'm looking for is build DD-WRT v24-sp2 (12/22/14) for wrt 54 gl v 1.1. I did this before I knew this forum existed and of course it's outdated. I flashed this router once with the mini build and then with vpn build from the router data base.
So what I'm doing is flashing a Linksys wrt 54 gl with vpn ddwrt for streaming media. To start I have a Linksys wrt54gl, that I bought used to practice on ! I've flashed a router a few times and last week I bricked a netgear with tomato which I chose the wrong firmware, why I'm here to avoid this situation ! I am hoping someone can help out or be kind enough to point me in the correct direction ? Any help would be appreciated. As such, you should check the device specific forum (Broadcom, Atheros, MediaTek, etc.) first before flashing any build recommended in this database. This database may not have up-to-date information and may even recommend a build which might cause issues.
